Learning Outcomes
During the course, the student will get familiar with the steps in the company startup process.
The student will learn about Enterprise forms in Finland. Upon completing the course, the student will be able to, based upon the nature of the business, make relevant choices regarding enterprise form, registration procedures and possible partnership/shareholder agreements and company rules.
The student will learn about financing and liabilities in the startup phase. By completing the course, the student will understand the relevance of initial funding and know what kind of funding options are available and recommendable in different situations.
