Learning Outcomes
The student learns to plan and implement a project, where s/he applies previously learned knowledge in practice.
Student's Workload
Total work load of the course: 135 h
-of which introduction lesson 4-5 hours
-of which supervised work 8-10 hours per group, including check-ups and presentation
-of which independent work with the project: 120 hours
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Project plan, implementation, presentation, report and evaluation of the results.
Regional Impact
In this course, project ideas are searched from the international businesses or from SMEs interested in international business, which are operating in the region. Projects are implemented in practice with them, to support their development

Workshop lessons and activities, supervised project work based on a company case, which can be individually conducted or as teamwork
Assessment Criteria
5 Student’s work during the the project is very professional. Student critically evaluates and compares the project plan, implementation and results and manages the project in a holistic way. Student clearly recognizes the development needs in the field by providing analytical insights and suggestions of improvement.
3 Student’s actively attends the project. Student utilizes the learnt issues and attends by discussing essential issues. Student utilizes problem-solving methods and finds essential parts of the problem. The student acts and communicates professionally.
1 Student’s attends theproject. Student recognizes the area of expertise, understands the essential issues and communicates about them at the basic level. Student has a positive attitude towards project work and development of the field.
