Learning Outcomes
This course aims to provide the students with knowledge and understanding of cross cultural impact on international businesses, with a specific focus on cross cultural communication, negotiation and teamwork. Students are able to display and apply understanding of cultural differences when interacting with different nationalities as well as understand the challenges and opportunities of doing business in various cultures.

Total work load of the course: 135 h -of which scheduled studies 65 h -of which autonomous studies: 70 h
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Cases and examples related to international businesses operating within the region
Internationality
Cross cultural management, as it is international in nature, is important for the international companies in our region. Students act in multicultural teams.
