The student will study an area of his/her own interest within waste managament and learns the methods of independent research and surveys.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Autonomous information retrieval and processing and presenting the results both in writing and orally. A possible sample taking and experimental work in the field or in the laboratory. Participation in the seminars. The student can complete the study unit also connected with Project in Environmental Protection.
Assessment Methods
Written report and its oral presentation in a seminar.
