To understand the significance of soil protection and development of information acquisition and appliance of information in regard with contaminated soil and industrial by-products.

Contents
Most usual substances contaminating soil and ground water. Surveying and studying contaminated areas. Risk surveys. Phases and methods of remediation projects, related legislation, permits and authorities. Environmental structures meant for the protection of landfill soil and other soils and ground water protection.
