Learning Outcomes
After the course the student will have an integral understanding on the principles of total quality control and management and ability to apply them. The student will be able to apply these principles in practical quality management work as part of a team. The student understands the importance of customer requirements and quality for the competitiveness of an organisation.

Contents
The concepts and components of quality and management of quality. The quality management of customer, product, process and information. Quality control and continuous quality development work, standards, quality prices and importance of quality system and management for the organisation.
