Learning Outcomes

The student understands the concept of eco-efficiency and life-cycle approach. The students can use the most common methods and tools to measure eco-efficiency, and is able to perform life-cycle analysis or MIPS analysis for a product with a know production process.

Student's Workload

The total amount of student's work is 108 h, which contains 56 h of contact studies.

Contents

Eco-efficiency. MIPS and LCA and their use in product development. Protection of the results of product development.
