Learning Outcomes
The student will get familiar with production planning for the implementation phase of a house construction project and receives basic information on production control methods. The student knows the basic concepts and scheduling and resourcing methods.
Contents
Forms and levels of schedules, consolidation of schedules in a company, slash scheduling, synchronisation and rhythming of construction work, schedule monitoring and schedule control.
