Learning Outcomes
The student knows the fundamentals of acquisitions and contract procedure. The student is able to draw up an acquisition plan and understands the significance of logistics in the management in material and data flow.
Contents
Planning of site logistics, project plans, tender competitions for acquisitions and contracts, terms of acquisition contracts, control and supervision of acquisitions.
