The course introduces administrative and legislative rules and considerations used in Finnish environmental control
Contents
Environmental administration in Finland as well as the EUs influence on Finnish environmental legislation. Environmental Protection Act and Environmental Permit. EIA procedure. Other environmental legislation in the area of ground, waste, water, health protection and nature conservation.
