Learning Outcomes
The student will acquire the necessary knowledge required in groundwork and will be able to do basic geotechnical calculations
Contents
Soil types and their geotechnical properties. Normal geotechnical calculations on load carrying capacity, stability, consolidation and earth pressure as well as research on soil, bedrock and ground water.
