Learning Outcomes
The student will get acquainted with a sector within waste management and learns methods of independent research and survey.

Current issues in waste management

Professional literature in the field.
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Independent information retrieval and presenting the result both in writing and orally. A possible sampletaking and experimental work in field or in the laboratory. Participation in seminars. The student can complete the study unit as a part of a bigger project in environmental protection.
