Learning Outcomes

The student is able to produce technical documents which are appropriate in content, form and language. The student is familiar with the principles of oral and written reporting. The student understands the purpose and significance of communication in working life and the dynamics of team work and is able to act as a team member.

Total work load 54 hours, of which scheduled studies 28 hours and autonomous studies 26 hours.

Contents

Documents in the technical field, and their layout, style and purpose. Business correspondence, reports, bulletins and oral presentations. Principles of team and group work. Correctness of language.

Grade 5: The student can communicate independently and correctly in varying situations in working life.

Grade 3: The student can communicate almost without mistakes in varying situations in working life.

Grade 1: The student can communicate, utilizing templates and models, in varying situations in working life.
