Learning Outcomes

The student will be familiar with the principles of management operations in a goal-oriented organization and understand the requirements set on the co-operation between the superior and the employee. The student will learn to regard her/his own identity as a basis for self-management and likewise interpersonal differences as a basis for the management of organisation and for the leadership of people. She/he is prepared to develop the managerial skills under guidance.

Working psychology and motivation, role and tasks of the superior in an organization, company values, people and their differences, management styles, influencing people and methods used in team work, self-management, development of organization and advancing the well-being of the working community, labour legislation.
