Learning Outcomes

The student is able to produce technical documents which are appropriate in content, form and language. The student is familiar with the principles of oral and written reporting. The student understands the purpose and significance of communication in working life and the dynamics of team work and is able to act as a team member.

Documents in the technical field, and their layout, style and purpose. Business correspondence, reports, bulletins and oral presentations. Principles of team and group work. Correctness of language.
