Learning Outcomes

The student knows the principles with which the economical objectives of a house construction project are set and the means to control the project planning towards the set objectives.The student is able to draw up target price for house construction project, based on the objectives, and knows how to draw up a cost estimate corresponding the design solution in the planning phase. The student is able to assess the economy of the design solution and can draw conclusions to develop the design solution.

Construction project.

Contents

Phases of a house construction project, needs analysis, project planning, phases of planning, cost information systems, the control of project economy, formation of the price. Target price procedure, Estimate calculation for product structure and structural elements. Use of comparison levels.
