Learning Outcomes
The student will be familiar with planning systems for construction site operations and site planning, permits to be applied, inspections and co-operation at the construction site. The student knows the production technologies, work methods of typical tasks and equipment requirements in various construction phases. The student is able to draw up an area, quality, safety and equipment plans for a house construction site

Contents
Site establishment, excavating, foundation and skeleton phases, interior building phase, coordination of construction technical and HVACEA work. Area, quality, staff, equipment and procurement plan. Inspections, safety measurements, planning of the hand-over and site meetings.
