Learning Outcomes
The student understands the special features of designing concrete structures when using precast concrete parts. The student is also capable to combine the detail design of precast parts with the overall construction design of the building.
Student's Workload
The total amount of student's work is 81 h, which contains 42 h of contact studies and 39 h of autonomous studies.
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Basics of the prefabricated concrete parts.

Lectures and exercises during the course, project exercise: design of a prefabricated beam and wall element using CAD software.

Grade 1: The student knows those subjects of the course, which are necessary for the forthcoming studies and working life.
Grade 3: The student is well-abled to utilize the course contents.
Grade 5: The student is able to apply creatively the contents of the course.
