Learning Outcomes
The student will deepen his/her knowledge on leading people and utilising human resources on various levels of organisations. The student has readiness to develop his/her managerial skills when working in supervision tasks.
Contents
Organisation forms and management styles, managerial skills supporting leading and characteristics of a good manager. Influence methods and methods of team operation, developing working community and subordinates, employment and hiring in production.
