The student is familiar with the requirements regarding the layout of the message, business correspondence and the practices and media of informative communications. The student can produce documents which are appropriate in contents, form and language.

Contents

Basics of communication, informative documents used in working life and their layout, appropriate language usage, correctness of language and style. Business letters, application and CV, notices, invitations, requests and proposals.
