Learning Outcomes
The student will learn the special needs and contracts of the renovation projects. The student will apply the knowledge in planning the site operations and agreements.
Contents
The differences between the renovation/alteration work and new production. Dealing with challenges during project construction: how to arrange the use of the facilities, site operations, frequent space alterations, safety at work, agreement methods.
