Learning Outcomes
The student will learn the whole lifecycle of the various construction projects; the building team and their responsibilities and tasks; basics of tendering and delivery of projects in the construction industry.
Contents
Stages of a construction project, scope of work of the project manager, programming project definition, scheduling methods and design levels. Construction procurement systems and contract agreements, tendering and basics of site operations. Life cycle costs.
