Learning Outcomes
The student is familiar with the basic principles of building project management and knows the prerequisites for a succesful project. The student can draw up production plans related to the project management.
Student's Workload
The student's total work load 135h of which scheduled 30 h.
Contents
Work safety, development of safety planning at a building site and follow-up systems for safety level. Quality management, integrated management system, quality plan for the site and task planning. Schedule management and development of schedule planning and schedule control. Coordination of work at the site, co-operation and commitment of project parties.
