Learning Outcomes
The student is able to design and implement development projects. The student knows business operations in construction development and the risks and their management in building management. The student knows electronic data transfer systems in use and the principles of their development. The student is able to control the planning of a construction project. The student knows the economical significance of construction for national economy, an enterprise and an individual. S/he knows the factors influencing the costs and is able to control costs.

Contents
Project business. Developing contract forms. Methods of controlling design. Risk management in a project and in an enterprise. Significance of information in company operations. Electronic data transfer systems in business and applications in construction. Cost management, cost calculation methods, cost planning and control, tender calculation, calculation of construction phase and actual cost calculation. Data systems of cost calculation. Procurement in a construction project.
