Learning Outcomes
The student knows the starting points for developing a company or public administration. The student is able to interpret national or international development programs in construction business. The student is able to manage development as a responsible person in construction business and is able to utilise the methods of information management and project management.

Contents
Legislation, regulations and instructions, Euro Codes. Methods od testing product safety. Sustainable development aspect. Product modelling. Energy efficiency in buildings and construction. Alteration projects. Principles of utilising ICT. Research approaches are looked into by studying reports of development projects.
