Learning Outcomes

The student knows the principles of information and know-how management management in a target-oriented organisation in the field of construction. S/he is familiar with the responsibilities of a supervisor. The student has readiness to develop his/her managerial skills.

Contents

Leading people. Leading an expert orgamisation. Challe´nge of information management in construction business. Creating and developing information capital, systematic control and utilisation. Responsibilities and status of a supervisor.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The study unit is implemented as a multiform teaching: lectures, exercises and group work, problem solving methods, managerial skills test and persinality tests.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 1: The student knows the contents of the study unit that are relevant in working life.
Grade 3: The student is able to utilise the information and skills learnt during the study unit.
Grade 5: The student is able to utilise and apply the information and skills learnt during the study unit.
