The student will become aware of the importance of safety in modern effective machine design and will apply the relevant methods in practice.

Contents

Central regulations of occupational safety. Occupational safety in a shared workplace. Identifying hazards, estimating the risk levels as well as preventing accidents and work-related illnesses . General safety rules of the workplace as well as most common risk factors and their elimination. Readyness to handle accidents and knowledge of emergency operations .
