Learning Outcomes
The student will get to know the principles and methods employed in business development. The student will understand the significance of continuing and sustainable development to profitable business operations. The student is able to implement a development project of an organisation or business utilising relevant tools. The student can take cultural factors into account in the operation of teams and can lead multicultural teams. The student's business planning, analysis and decision-making skills and ability to perceive business as a whole will develop.

Development projects in business, preparation, planning, implementation and establisment of a development project.
Problems in a development project, tools assisting the progress of a development project. Creativity and innovation in the development of a business. Taking social factors into account in a development project.
