Learning Outcomes

The student will learn basics of engineering drawing: drafting disciplins, projections, section views, dimensioning and tolerances. The student will learn how a modern CAD-software is used The student will learn efficiently for producing engineering drawings. He/She can utilise the methods provided by the software in creating the views, adding dimensions and other annotations like tolerances.
The student knows how to use symbol libraries and is able to create new symbols.
He/She learns the principles of making assembly drawings and handling of bills of materials.
