The student knows the principles of project management, can make a project plan and lead the project in completion. The student knows the principles of cost and resource control and can make a project plan using project control software.

Contents

Building up a project organisation, making a project plan,
project time, cost and resource planning,
project control, follow up and reporting, sceduling the project using project planning software.
