Learning Outcomes

To study development and coding of larger programs. Student will learn how to use different tool for developing and maintaining software products and adapts a individual working practices as a member of a development team.

Student's Workload

The total amount of student's work is 81 h, containing 42 h of scheduled contact studies.

ITTA0201.

Contents

Developing and programming. Familiarizing of software development for maintenance, documentation of software and quality assurances. During the course student will learn how to use software development, testing, documentation and version management tools.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lectures 21 h, assignments 40 h and project work 20 h.

Assessment Criteria

1: The student is able, with guidance, to utilise the methods learnt during the study unit.
3: The student is able to utilise the methods learnt during the study unit independently.
5: The student is able to utilise the methods learnt during the study unit independently and combine the knowledge with previously learnt in various contexts.

Assessment Methods

Assignments 50 %, project work 20 % and an examination 30 %.
