2. Alternative: Cisco CCNA: Student manages basic configuration tasks of Cisco Routers and understands the basics of routing. More complex routing configurations, planning and implementation of switched networks is also covered.

1. Alternative: Design, implementation and testing of a telecommunication solution in a project.

2. Alternative: Routers and routing basics. Basics of configuring routers.Routing protocols.TCP/IP concepts.Access control lists.Networking troubleshootin skills. Switching Basics and Intermediate Routing. VLSM. Basics of OSPF and EIGRP.Switch concepts and configuration. Spanning-Tree protocol. VLANs and VTP.
