After the course the student will have an integral understanding of the quality control related to products and operations and the role played by quality in the profit making and the continuous operations of a company.
Contents
The concepts and components of quality and management of quality. The quality management of customer, product, process and information. Quality control and continuous quality development work, standards, quality competitions and importance of quality system and management for the company.
