Learning Outcomes
The student attains the language skills needed in learning professional language. The student has a working knowledge of standard language and manages in everyday speaking situations, is able to write simple texts and understands well English text.

Contents
The Basic structures of English, essential vocabulary, speaking exercises, reading and writing exercises, using various sources in language learning.

Communicative language learning, pair and group exercises and independent studying.
Assessment Criteria
Grade 1: The student attains the level pass at English in everyday speaking and writing skills.
Grade 3: The student both speaks and writes fairly good English in everyday speaking situations.
Grade 5: The student speaks fluently in English in basic everyday speaking situations and writes well in English.

Exams, home assignments and continuous assessment.
