The student gets familiar with the processes in a company and finds the key processes. Others processes can be outsourced. She understands the benefits and risks with outsourcing and partnerships and knows how to choose and develop partnerships.

Assessment Criteria
1: The student recognizes different processes in the company. She can describe how process organisation works. The student knows what outsourcing means, what benefits and risks it provides.
3: as in 1 and the student can conclude what processes should be outsourced and how to choose the partners. She can conclude criterious for the choice of the outsourced function.
5: The student understands the whole process of producing value chains from the construction of the company to managing the partnerships. She finds the possibilities for nes business opportunities in the growing outsourcing industry.
