Learning Outcomes

The student knows more detailed the principles of project management and project control, knows how to control the project implementation. The student knows the principles of cost and resource control and risk management and can utilize project management tools.

Contents

Forming a project organization, schedule, resource and cost planning, project control, follow up and reporting, risk management and project management tools.
