Learning Outcomes

The student knows the principles of managerial duties in a target-oriented organisation and understands the requirements for managing an organisation. S/H can manage and develop interaction between organisations and understands how personal differences (e.g. cultural differences) must be taken into consideration in team formation and management. The student recognises the demands set by project working on the interaction between organisations and individuals.

The role and duties of a manager in an organisation, management and development of organisations, self-management, management of teams and networks in multicultural environment.
