Learning Outcomes

To learn fundamental and practical aspects for the treatment and simultaneous valorization of waste (including wastewater) toward energy generation
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Understand the principles of waste valorization and circular economy.
2. Identify and evaluate waste-to-value technologies.
3. Design systems for producing bioenergy and value-added products from waste.
4. Apply knowledge through real-world case studies and industry practices
