Learning Outcomes
The student learns technical drawing and the meaning of drawings, understands technical drawings, schematic representations and gets some experience in producing technical drawings by AutoCAD.
Student's Workload
135 h including appr. 45 h of scheduled contact teaching and appr. 90 h of independent study.
Contents
The general basics and meaning of technical drawing, projections and cuts, detailed drawings, dimensioning, tolerances, assemblies, schematic drawing, Model-Based Product Definition (MBD), getting started with AutoCAD.

The course does not have course books. The study material is constantly updated. The course material will be given in lectures and on Moodle.
