Learning Outcomes
This course deals with creativity and innovations while developing companies and how to lead them. After passing the course the student understands what creativity is, how it can be developed both in individuals and in organizations and what is the connection between creativity, ideas and innovations. The student knows what factors affect the development of a supportive and developing atmosphere in working life organizations. The student can use his/her creativity and innovation knowledge and related tools in development processes and he/she can lead the idea generation into new products and services. The student knows and can use different methods related to process development and he/she can improve with them the productivity and effectivity of a company. The student gets familiar with some recent change phenomena related to working life or technological change and he /she can plan the implementation of a change project using e.g. good communication methods and other change management tools.
