Learning Outcomes
The student will get acquainted with working in a chemical laboratory by performing simple experiments. Writing laboratory reports prepares the student to produce reports on empirical research, and to perform simple calculations on concentration and dilution.
Student's Workload
The total amount of student´s work is 81 h, which contains 42 h of contact studies.
Prerequisites / Recommended Optional Courses
Laboratory Safety, especially the part dealing with Safety in Chemical Laboratory, Introduction to Technical Mathematics, Chemistry in Technology or Chemistry 1. Chemistry 2 is studied parallelly
Contents
Simple solution analyses.
