- Student knows how outsourcing of computing can be used to scale user base and/or business

- Major concepts in cloud computing, the economics foundations of cloud computing, and the concepts of Big Data, scalability, high-availability, resilience, etc...
- Higher level of cloud offerings: Platform as a Service, Mobile Backend as a Service, Serverless, etc.. architectures
- Cloud middleware technologies: RPC, REST, JSON, and load balancing

- Leveraging cloud to build intelligent scalable applications for business development needs
