Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student is able to:
Critically evaluate and apply research and expert knowledge in the development of nursing and healthcare services.
Plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based practice that promotes person-centred care and the quality of services in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
Utilise evidence-based knowledge in the development of nursing and service processes.
Promote and embed evidence-based practices collaboratively within their work unit and professional communities, as well as within regional, national, and international networks. Furthermore, the student will be able to monitor the specific needs of their area of expertise and its patient groups and evaluate the implementation of evidence-based practices within their organisation, region, and at the national level.
